MF509 Pro Full Face Helmet

Advanced Safety Protection – FlexImpact Technology

The ILM MF509 Pro motorcycle helmet is designed with advanced FlexImpact Technology. This technology absorbs and disperses impact energy effectively from multiple angles. It significantly improves full-face helmet protection. By doing this, it reduces the risk of injuries during collisions. The helmet is certified to meet rigorous safety standards such as ECE 22.06, FMVSS 218, and DOT. This certification ensures the helmet’s reliability and safety in diverse conditions. It is suitable for a variety of motorcycles including retro cruisers, sport bikes, street bikes, and scooters.

FlexImpact technology is developed to protect the head better during unexpected impacts. It provides layered defense by distributing force across the helmet. This feature is particularly important on busy roads, helping riders stay safer. Whether you ride around the city or take long countryside rides, the safety benefits are clear.

Customized Comfort – ALS Adjustable Liner System

This helmet has an innovative ALS (Adjust Liner System) to deliver comfort tailored to each rider’s needs. The ALS system allows easy customization of the interior fit by using different liner thicknesses. It can create up to 81 possible pad combinations. These combinations let riders find the most plush and secure fit without sacrificing safety. The ALS liner system adjusts to fit different head shapes and sizes accurately.

Comfort is crucial when riding, especially for longer trips. A helmet that fits perfectly reduces distractions and fatigue. The ALS system ensures a snug yet comfortable interior that adapts to the rider’s preferences. Additionally, the materials used in the liner are soft and designed to keep riders dry and comfortable through moisture-wicking properties.

Dual Visor System with Pinlock 70

The ILM MF509 Pro Dual Visor Helmet enhances visibility and offers versatility through its dual visor system. Riders can choose between a clear visor and a tinted outer visor depending on light conditions. The inner sun visor protects fully against UV rays, making daylight rides safer. This feature is especially beneficial during bright sunny days or when riding in changing sunlight.

It also comes with a Pinlock70 anti-fog lens, which is crucial for clear vision in adverse weather. Whether riding in rain, cold temperatures, or humid conditions, the visibility remains uncompromised. This helps riders maintain focus and confidence on the road. The wide field of vision the visors provide helps detect traffic, obstacles, and roadside hazards clearly.

Wind Tunnel Tested Aerodynamics

The MF509 Pro has undergone extensive wind tunnel testing to refine its aerodynamic properties. This testing helps reduce wind noise during rides, contributing to a quieter experience. The sealing performance is also enhanced to prevent unintentional airflow leaks inside the helmet. Such airflow control is essential for keeping temperature balanced inside.

The special long-and-short airflow channel design optimizes internal temperature management, preventing overheating on hot days. This design maintains a comfortable helmet climate, reducing sweat and discomfort. It also stabilizes the helmet against wind resistance, providing a more balanced and less distracting ride at high speeds. These aerodynamic qualities make it an excellent choice for street racers and daily riders alike.

Premium Details That Matter

The MF509 Pro helmet includes features designed with thoughtful details that enhance rider convenience. It is glasses-friendly, allowing riders who wear eyewear to use it without hassle. The helmet is suitable for both men and women, emphasizing inclusivity in design. Multiple stylish color options are available, offering riders a chance to pick a look that suits their personality and bike.

The outer shell has been upgraded to resist corrosion and abrasion. This durability keeps the helmet looking premium even after extended use.
