With 4 side clips and 2 hanging clips, the Alpha Neck Training Harness allows for linear training both side to side and up and down. Made from upgraded and even more durable high strength materials, the head harness can be used to perform traditional weighted neck exercises as well as rotational movements utilizing bands.
